The chairwoman of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI), Monika Kryemadhi, declared on Tuesday that Edi Rama risks 3-7 years of jail for the appeal that he made during the last Parliamentary Elections to the police officers to collect votes after their working hours.

�We have already submitted an indictment in Prosecution for the electoral process on June 2017 when Rama requires from the police officers to participate on the electoral campaign in exchange of their hats. The indictment was submitted months ago when in charge was Adriatik Llalla.
According to the law Rama risks 3-7 years of jail. He asked forgiveness that time, but this is like if somebody kill someone then asks forgiveness. It is time that new provisional chief prosecutor, Arta Marku shows her independence�, said Kryemadhi.
