The Elbasan Prosecution Director, Dritan Gina refuses to leave this office in spite of the discharge order issued by the Provisional Chief Prosecutor Arta Marku.
During a communication with journalists on Tuesday he labeled the chief prosecutor Marku order as illicit.

�My dismissal from this office lacks any legal basis on view of the fact that Provisional Chief Prosecutor Marku has no right to discharge the prosecution�s directors. The High Council of Prosecution, which has not yet been summoned, is the only authority authorized to take similar decision. Thus, the chief prosecutor Marku decision is a hurried move and my dismissal from office serves to specific political circles,� declared Gina.
