Government owes to every blind person and those who accompany them a sum of EUR 1000. The Associations of Blind People chairman, Sinan Tafaj declared that this huge debt is accumulated since 2005.

He unveiled a request submitted to the current government to liquidate this debt through the budget of 208, while adding that nothing has yet been done. The Ministry of Finances reacted by declaring that this process is impossible.

On the other side Tafaj complained even against the government�s disregarding attitude toward the blind people. He underlined that this category needs books, training and new devices.
