The Sciences Academy announces the opening of a competition for the Best Scientific Publication dedicated to the Albania�s national hero, Gjergj Kastriot Scanderbeg and his era. This competition will take place in the framework of �Scanderbeg�s National Year� and is opened to the academic institutions, universities, publishers and authors from every Albanian speaking territory.

The competing works presentation has already started since January 1 and will continue until June 30. The race will be opened for the best scientific/documentary work written by Albanian or foreign authors, in Albania or other language, and the best scientific/documentary works that will be seen as the rarest in their kind.

Mono-graphic and documentary works published since 2000 until currently will also be accepted in this competition.
