Tirana ‘Thrilled' By Russian Music Sounds

Russian music enthusiasts in Tirana was given the chance to enjoy a magical night under the sounds of famous songs like “Katyusha”, “Ochi Chernye”, “Moscow’s Evenings”, Kalinka” and many others. 

These pieces were brought to the music-lovers in Tirana by the Russian ensemble “Vertograd”, whose establishment 11 years ago aimed the preservation of original music traditions. 

This concert was organized by the Russian embassy in Tirana in the overcrowded hall of Orthodox Cultural Center “Christ’s Resurrection”. 

Russian Federation Charge D’Affair in Tirana, Dmitri Kazmin, underlined that his country has a high consideration for the cultural cooperation with Albania as the foundation of two countries bilateral relations expansion. 

The ensemble performance was warmly welcomed by the public that applauded and sang along with the artists most of the time.
