Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha thanked the United States on Thursday for the support given to Albania during many years. His gratitude was expressed through a message on the social networks on Thanksgiving Day.
“November 24 is the Thanksgiving Day celebration in USA. On this special day I want to express the deepest gratitude to the USA for the support given to Albania during our difficult times. I also want to say thank you to America for becoming a 2nd fatherland to hundreds of thousands of Albanians. They were welcomed and given a chance to fulfill their dreams. Today we are thankful to America” wrote Basha.
