
The chapter related to the Constitutional Court was reviewed during the Ad Hoc Committee for the Judicial Reform Friday’s meeting. Speaking to journalists at the end of this meeting the Democrat MP Oerd Bylykbashi declared that a number of issues with political background have not yet been resolved while the pairs agreed for their resolution in a second moment.
Meanwhile the Socialist MP, Pandeli Majko praised the latest discussions between majority and opposition’s representatives while adding that a package of laws corresponding to the courts’ chapter will soon be approved by this committee. He stressed the importance of the fact that the latest discussions were characterized by softer tones in comparison to the previous meetings.
