The influence of the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy in Albania�s history from 1916 to 1918 will be the highlight of an exhibition in National Historic Museum (NHM). This exhibition that will open its gates to the visitors on January 26, will introduce the visitors with pictures that illustrate that period of time.

It will be accompanied also by an activity organized by the Austrian Embassy in collaboration with NHM. Many academics from Austria and Albania will attend this activity discussing on various events of that time and their role until present days.

The influence in infrastructure, politics, administration, economy, culture and education will be among the main topics of discussion on view of the fact that this monarchy administrated more than half of country�s territory during a two year period.
