European Commission is expected to recommend soon the opening of the Accession Negotiations with Albania. Sources from Brussels officials confirmed for the local media on Monday that on November 9 European Commission will take the historical decision for Albania. Sources confirmed that the report will be positive with one only condition: real results from the implementation of the Judicial Reform.
The report is expected to be voted on December in European Council. Meanwhile will be the Member States those that will finally decide to open or not the Accession Negotiations for Albania.
