The Head of Confindustria, Gjergj Buxhuku introduced on Saturday a number of request that will be presented to the executive ahead of the new fiscal package approval. This list of requests foresees a number of essential changes aiming the improvement of the state – business relations. First of all, it will be asked that an EU founder country way of doing things in relation to the fiscal and procedural relations to be used as a supporting model avoiding the existing bureaucratic procedures. 

The second request related to a 50% decrease of every fine imposed on the business due to the fact that the existing one promotes corruption and subjectivity. The third request related to the indemnifications given by the states to the business by court verdict. Confindustria asks that at least 30% of this sum to be paid by the state employees responsible for this damage to the budget, aiming to raise their level of responsibility during work.
