A small weapons arsenal was blocked on Tuesday by the Shkodra police officers leading to the arrest of an individual. Arben Kulli, 46, from Vau i Dejes, was arrested in flagrance after a minute inspection in his house.
Information obtained by the police agents suggested the presence of this arsenal in Kulli’s house thus the police forces acted vigorously managing to seize the weapons and handcuff their possessor. Kulli will now be charged with illegal weapon possession. Police is conducting an inquiry based on the suspicions that this weapons arsenal would be part of a weapons trafficking line.
