Earlier, Democrat MP, Oerd Bylykbashi said that there isn't any obstacle in the Albanian Constitution to realize an international investigation on this case. "Speaker of Parliament is under accusation on this case. None of the Albanian investigations has been concluded up to now. This is the reason why we need internationals' investigation. If you refuse it then this is a political decision," said Bylykbashi.
