Democratic Party does not give up on its request, asking to all the High officials to do the drug test, as part of the Decriminalization process. They submitted to Parliament two new Amendments and requested to comprise these two new Articles, respectively 15 and 16.
Specifically, they proposed that the Article 15 should speak about the use of narcotic substances, while Article 16 should treat the function of public officers. Democrats proposed that all the MPs should do their drug test before they take the oath of allegiance in the Parliament. The amendments propose if the high officials result positive to the drug testing, then they should abandon their Parliamentary mandate.
