Llalla, Letter to Parliament: General Prosecutor Should Investigate CEZ Affair

General Prosecution wrote a letter to the Parliament expressing all the reasons why the CEZ affair should be investigated only by this institution. On the letter submitted to the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Issues, General Prosecutor, Adriatik Llalla, presented the request to ask international investigators for this case which is against the constitution. Referring to the Constitution he said that Albania should investigate cases like this and this institution has all the tools to realize it.
