DP Denounces: Vetting to Be Done by Former State Security Agents

The Democratic Party denounced a scandal on Tuesday, accusing the elected member of the vetting bodies, as former state security agents or people who hidden their past.
In a press communication for the media, two MPs, Oerd Bylykbashi and Gazmend Bardhi listed all the names, part of the High Council of Prosecution and High Council of Justice for appointed in violation of the constitution.
�Altin Hazizaj has hidden in his statement the fact that he has been convicted twice. He should not be part of the election process at all, due to the decriminalization law. Meanwhile Sokol Lamaj did not pay the taxes. Another one elected, Ilir Panda has been involved in high political levels, which the law prohibits. Kozma Jano results that has been co-operative with the state's security and Alfred Balla does not meet the criteria of engagement in civil society in the last 5 years," said Bardhi.
