The provisional chief prosecutor Arta Marku had a meeting on Thursday with the Intelligent Service director, Helidon Bendo.

The highlights of this unexpected meeting that took place in the General Prosecution premises have not yet been made public.

Earlier chief prosecutor Marku met with German Ambassador in Albania, Susanne Schutz. Media sources report that chief prosecutor Marku may also meet with Minister of Interior Fatmir Xhafaj during the following hours.

The provisional chief prosecutor Marku was elected in this position one week ago only through majority�s votes during a tensed parliamentary session and opposition�s strong objection to the entire process.
