A quantity of 56 kg of cannabis sativa was seized by Saranda police leading to the arrest of one individual. Mufit Hoxha, 48, was arrested in flagrance while transporting the narcotics quantity in his vehicle Ford Focus with Italian plates ‘BJ 346 ZR’.
