The Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu declares that additional medical staff will be placed at the service of citizens during the entire period of New Year holidays. Speaking to journalists on Sunday during a visit to Trauma�s hospital she stated that all necessary measures have been already taken to cope with possible situation of emergency.

�Starting since today until January 2, 2018 every medical service structure all over Albania will remain in alert with additional staff in order to provide immediate assistance to the citizens. The necessary medicaments and equipments have also been delivered to every hospital and medical center throughout the country,� said Manastirliu.

She also thanked the doctors and nurses for their utmost commitment in service to those in need during this holiday season.
