Culla's creek overflow generates an alarming situation in Gerhot, part of Gjirokastra district. A number of roads are currently blocked due to the massive presence of mud and stones carried by the water.
The Road Police is closely monitoring the area in order to prevent vehicles circulation aimed to avoid any possible accident. The situation remains still difficult despite the maximal efforts that are currently being done by the authorities.

Meantime Gjirokastra�s mayor Zamira Rama addressed an appeal to the government for an immediate intervention arguing that local authorities are not in possession of sufficient funds to cope with this situation.
