Prime Minister Edi Rama forewarns country's economic growth thanks to the 2018 budget and the new fiscal package. Speaking in Thursday�s parliamentary session that will see the discussion of 2018 draft-budget he used an optimistic tone while referring to the country�s future economic situation.

�The 2018 budget will set the basis for a further economic growth. The incomes increase at 2018 budget that goes up to 28.1 % of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is a clear indicator of this objective.

Likewise the 2018 budget will financially endorse a further decrease of public debt. The public debt will be lowered to 2.5% next year. Meantime the fiscal package will promote the economy�s formalization with minor cost through the reduction of Value Added Tax (VAT) threshold to ALL 2 Million,� declared PM Rama.
