Former socialist Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri will not be arrested. Parliament did not allow this. Socialists warned since several days that they would not let their colleague to be arrested on grounds of some evidences which they claim are in-existent.
So believes even the Party for Justice, Integrity and Unity (PJIU). Three MPs of this political party voted against the request of the prosecution to remove Tahiri�s immunity authorizing his arrest.
