The trial session in the process against Emiljano Shullazi that was expected to take place on Tuesday has been postponed. The absence of two prosecutors, currently involved in the inquiry on the former-Minister of Interior Sajmir Tahiri was the motive behind this postponement. Prosecutors Elisabeta Imeraj and Ened Naku�i are part of the prosecutors group inquiring Tahiri�s alleged ties with the international drugs smuggling.

Meantime Shullazi�s lawyer defined an unprecedented act the prosecutors� absence while declaring that charges on his client should be dropped on view of the fact that prosecution has failed to prove them.
