Some ALL 2.5 billion or EUR 18 million is the value of the abuse caused by the public administration with the properties in Albania.
State Supreme Audit (SSA) reported recently that the huge damage was calculated after some controls realized in the offices for the properties registration and the Agency for Legalization and Urbanization of Illegal Constructions (ALUIZNI).
According to the SSA report, during 2013-2017, these two institutions made a lot of violations. This institution pretends that the value is even higher than the actual calculated by the SSA.
