The Supreme Court has rejected the request of the Supreme State Audit (SSA) to reopen the investigation in relation to the issue of breaking agreement with "CEZ'. Last year SSA sued the Minister of Energetic, Damian Gjiknuri and the State's Advocate, Alma Hicka, accusing them of a financial damage of nearly Euro 480 Million to the State's Budget. According to SSA this financial damage has been caused by accepting the conditions of breaking agreement with "CEZ" company.

The investigation was initially terminated by the prosecution who claimed that no offense had been verified and there was no power abuse by Gjiknuri and Hicka. SSA appeal to the High Court requesting the investigation on high ranks officials reopening.

High Court verdict issuing was not followed by a detailed explanation.
