Albanian Catholic Church Condemns the Terrorist Attack in Nice

The Episcopal Conference of Albania chairman, Monsignor Angelo Massafra, strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Nice. While expressing the most heartfelt condolences to the victims’ relatives he said that “we all pray for those that perished in this tragic episode”.

“Similar brutal acts must serve as a wake up call for everyone’s conscience urging a civil reaction. Meanwhile we must strengthen the inter-religious and inter-institutional communication aiming to prevent those acts. Civil and religious education molded with peace and co-existential harmony is the right instrument for this purpose” said Monsignor Massafra.
