Three individuals have been arrested by the Shkodra police on suspicion of being the cultivators of a sequestrated cannabis sativa saplings quantity. Rrjoll village inhabitants Prek and Kristian Paja and Kol Alija, Bardhaj village inhabitants were arrested after the sequestration by the police of 470 cannabis sativa saplings in 6 different parcels situated in a wooded area.
The sequestrated quantity of narcotics plant was destroyed through fire, while three detainees will now be charged with narcotics cultivation and distribution. This quantity of narcotics plants seizure is part of a national raid by the State Police aiming to give a harsh blow to the narcotics cultivation in the entire territory.
