The Democratic Party presented in Vlora health platform, in an event with doctors, specialists and representatives of the civil society.
The Head of the Health Department at DP, MP Tritan Shehu, said that the country is facing a health system which doesn’t respect the citizens’ rights for a modern service, and does not defend the dignity of the personnel.
“Even the health deposits of citizens at the Insurance Fund are “seized” by the government to fill its deficit, rather than investing this 25 million USD for improving the system,” said Shehu.
He underlined that the service that offers the DP doesn’t schedule, but directly funds the personnel qualification in order to increase it scientifically and help distributing the new services.
He added that the Democratic Party will focus on patients because they consider the role and values of the staff as vital.
