Masked Robbery in Tirana, USD 180.000 Stolen to a Money-Changer

Two armed and masked persons robbed a man on Tuesday in Tirana, stealing from him USD 180.000. Tirana police confirmed the news saying that it happened at 16:00 p.m. in the capital. This institution declared that the large sum of money was stolen to the citizen, a money - changer with the initials S.H. few minutes after he drew the money from a bank in "Sheraton" hotel.

The thieves who were both masked and armed took the money with violence threatening the citizen with life.

Police arrived immediately at the scene of crime and started investigations on this case. Police officers are checking the security surveillance cameras in order to identify the authors.
