Duty Abusiveness, Non-Culpability for the Former Minister of Education

The former Minister of Education, Myqerem Tafaj has been declared not-guilty by the First Degree Court. Charges of duty abusiveness by the Former Minister of Education Tafaj were overruled by the Court during Thursday session due to the absence of facts that sustained them. 

He faced trial accused of duty's abusiveness through the accreditation of 8 new branches of a private university in violation of the education law. Former minister Tafaj had requested charges overruling based on the claim that accusations were based on an abrogated law.
