Audio-Visual Media Law Sent Back by the President Nishani

President of the Republic Bujar Nishani sends back to the parliament the new Audio-Visual Media Law for review.

“The new Audio-Visual Media Law generates constitutional violation. This law interferes with the legal state functioning basic principles” said president Nishani.

President Nishani argues that the previous law was based on the European standards and had been approved with the Council of Europe experts’ opinion.
