Former MP Mark Frroku Trial, High Court Declares the Incompetency

High Court declared on Thursday the incompetency on former-socialist lawmaker Mark Frroku judgment.

“Mark Frroku cannot be judged by this court for a crime committed abroad” declared the High Court. This institution decision is related to the fact that Mark Frroku is no longer a member of Albanian parliament. Frroku's case in relation to a murder committed in Belgium will be transferred to the First Degree Court for further judgment. The request of incompetence was presented by the prosecutor and the defense lawyer.
