Vlora woke up flooded this Monday morning. Heavy rains continued to lash on Sunday creating difficulties for moving around the city, therefore Vlora citizens are facing a critical situation currently. Ministry of Interior Affairs declared that the situation is under control but the citizens of Vlora are not of the same opinion.
They claimed that hundreds of houses are still underwater, the streets are impassable and the electric power has failed. They report problems on the on the roads and hundreds of cars cannot move due to the floods.
