After 50 days from the local elections, Central Electoral Commission certified on Monday the final result of the process. With seven votes in favor and none against this Commission gave an end to the electoral process in consensus. The legal representative of the Socialist Party in this commission, Genci Gjoncaj, said that for the first time the government did not exercise any political pressure to the CEC and this commission worked in absolutely independence. The left wing coalition was the big winner of these elections, wining the most part of the 61 municipalities all over the country.
