President Decrees Decriminalization Law

President of the Republic, Bujar Nishani decreed on Monday the decriminalization law, just four days after it passed in the Albanian Parliament. However, even if the decrees was published on Monday, according to the document, the President had signed it since December 18th.

The press release on the President’s website say he decrees the law and gave his consent for having it enter in effect immediately. This law was voted with a big consensus of 131 votes.
