Albanian government inaugurated on Thursday the sculpture of former Speaker of Parliament, Pjeter Arbnori, placed in the park of Parliament.
The ceremony was attended by President of Albania, Ilir Meta, former Premier, Sali Berisha, and many other MPs and former MPs.
"Parliament will remain Pjeter Arbnori's home. If he was present even nowadays in the Parliament he would be political opponent of the current Speaker, Gramoz Ruci, but nevertheless would express his gratitude for the sculpture built on his honor," said the renowned Albanian diplomat Besnik Mustafaraj.
