The Interior Minister, Fatmir Xhafaj, declared from Vlora this Saturday that the southern city needs more than ever, increase of security.
According to him, the number of police officers has been increased in this city, due to the touristic season.
"There are some more positive indicators than last year and the changes we made have given a positive effect from the structure point of view. I am talking about criminal police. But there is room for added care that is one of the issues we have discussed. They have to do with the security issue in the city of Vlora and the maritime border. So there is an increase in the number of police," said Xhafaj.
He added that the opposition is making bad figure before the EU with the fake accusations that are not true at all, like cultivation of cannabis.
