Premier, Edi Rama, declared on Friday that Albania is committed to solve as soon as possible the old issues with neighboring countries, during a conference with the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk.
Rama also said that EU's decision to open negotiations with Albania was positive and that Albania has an official date to formally open accession talks.
"We have to work hard for integration in EU. We are truly committed towards the European road and towards solving the old conflicts with southern neighbors, with which we have made progress and hope to reach a successful agreement," said Rama.
