Chairman of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) Parliamentary Group, Petrit Vasili, accused Premier, Edi Rama on Friday for lying at the Brussels' Summit regarding Albania's expenses for NATO.
Vasili also said that Rama has even lied earlier the German media when he stated that Albania spends 2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the military.
"Edi Rama said in the Summit that we spend 2% of the GDP for NATO regarding the creation of a European military.
On the other hand it was declared by the Minister of Interior, Olta Xhacka herself, that Albanian government spends only 1.2% of the GDP in Nato. Our PM has lied to the Summit and even German media," said Vasili.
