Two Georgian citizens, Davit Bakhtashvilli and Revazi Akobia, have deceived on Monday the owner of a foreign exchange office in Tirana, giving to him the amount of forged EUR 150,000.
According to the owner's denunciation, he gave to them regular EUR 150,000, while the Georgians have given him the same amount but forged, plus the exchange payment.
Except the name and surname written in the passport, there is no other given data for them, paternity or settlement. Despite all the letters sent to the Georgian authorities, so far there is no answer. Even the Court of Tirana has refused to launch the trial against two authors, without having previously given accurate information on their generalities.
