The administrator of a pharmacy in Tirana and his employee have been arrested this Thursday. They are accused of smuggling pharmaceutical products. Meanwhile, the technical director of the pharmacy is declared wanted.
In the framework of the coded police operation "Medicine", 520 medicines have been seized by effectives of the Sector for Economic and Financial Crime.
The arrested persons are, Julian Ll, 40 years old, E.P, 29 years old, and declared wanted is A.P., 66 years old, all residents in Tirana.
The above mentioned citizens traded and sold smuggled pharmaceutical products, in a pharmacy in the street "Kongresi i Manastirit", according to the notification of the police.
The documents were delivered to the Prosecution of Tirana with the charges " Trade and transport of smuggled products" and "Concealment of wealth".
