Plenipotence for Maritime Borders, Ministry Responds to Meta

The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEFA) informs that the President of the Republic Ilir Meta request related to plenipotence during negotiations with Greece has been answered.
In a press release on Monday the MEFA announced that a detailed answer has been given to every request presented by the Head of State, Meta in relation to this issue.
Meanwhile, a list with the names, functions and professions of those who will be part of the negotiating team has been submitted to the Head of State as part of a voluminous file prepared by MEFA.
Media sources report that the negotiating team will be composed by the following names:
Armand Skrapi, representative of MEFA and Naval Fleet commander, General Ylber Dogjani, in quality of co-chairmen, military expert Artur Me�ollari, Viktor Doda, State Police Deputy-Director Aida Hajna, National Agency of National Resources (NANR) director, Ardjan Bylyku.
Earlier President Meta addressed a letter to the Minister Bushati requiring a specification of the clear scope for the authorization for plenipotence during talks with Greece.
As far as methodology is concerned, Meta sought an explanation of where it will be used the principle of strict equal distance and where it will be used that of equal distance with correction.
�No moment may be left aside by the President of the Republic. I cannot participate in any infringement of the Constitution, the Constitutional Court verdict or any kind of complicity,� declared President Meta.
