Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) chairwoman, Monika Kryemadhi labels Kosovo independence 10th anniversary as impetus to country�s European integration.

She declared on Saturday that this important anniversary should be a moment of reflection on the step taken toward the fulfillment of this aspiration.

�The proclamation of Kosovo independence 10 years ago was the most joyful news for every Albanian all over the world. The sacrifices, the effort and the war of an entire nation enabled the country�s independence, even thanks to the internationals support. 10 years can�t be seen as sufficient period of time to gain the maturity of a state aspiring to join European Union. However, this period may serve as clear indicator of the seriousness dedicated to this aspiration,� declared Kryemadhi.
