The author of a double injury which occurred in Tirana has been identified. Police reports that the author is Arti Musai, the owner of the coffee-shop where this incident happened on Friday.
He fled the crime scene immediately after the shooting and was declared wanted by the police.
The motives of this grave incident remain still unknown. Various leads are being followed by the police aiming to throw light on the origin of this crime.
