Elbasan will become for the 2nd consecutive year the meeting point of arches orchestras from all over the country. The participating orchestras will present to the public with the best element of their artistic activity. This artistic event will take place in �Skampa� theater stage and its purpose is to bring the arches orchestras one more time into the focus of the cultural institutions.

This activity also aims to urge new composers while promoting their art in a competitive format and revitalize their true values of chamber music.

Arches orchestra from Tirana, Durres, Elbasan, Vlora, Kor�a, Fier, Berat and Shkodra are expected to attend the 2nd edition of this artistic event financially endorsed by the Ministry of Culture and Elbasan Municipality that will raise the curtains on October 18.
