Lulzim Basha will be the opposition�s main voice in parliament. The former-Prime Minister Sali Berisha, made it clear only a few minutes ahead of first parliamentary session.

�This fact is beyond any discussion. The presence of the Democrat leader in parliament in quality of MP is a positive development. On contrary, his absence during the past legislation was a mistake,� said the former-DP chair.

Lulzim Basha returns in parliament after 6-years. He relinquished the MPs mandate in 2011 when running for the position of Tirana mayor.
