The decriminalization law registers another 'victim'. CEC approved during Wednesday meeting the mandate's removal for Puka's Municipal Council member, Bibe Kolaj on grounds of data concealment in the self-declaration form.

Kolaj, a representative of Demochristian Party, failed to report a previous conviction with three-years of imprisonment in the self-declaration form submitted to the CEC.

The decision for Kolaj's mandate removal was taken unanimously by the CEC.
