The lawyer of Mayor of Kamza, Xhelal Mziu, replied on Saturday against the court's decision to punish with two years in jail his client. According to Genc Gjokutaj, lawyer of Mziu, the prosecution's files have big problems and there are no evidences against Mziu. Gjokutaj said that he has never seen such a trial in his carrier as a lawyer. He said that the entire process was staged and the prosecution has no evidences to condemn Mziu. He explained that Mziu was found guilty for abuses with his duty for a tender that has never been carried out. According to him, prosecution doesn't have any proofs against Mziu and the process has no foundation.
