Tirana City Hall continues the process of building blocks re-qualification. Mayor Erion Veliaj inaugurated on Sunday the beginning of the works in Lapraka area, adding that this was another kept promise. The last declared that Lapraka’s area investment ranks in the 2nd place for its importance after the one in ‘Scanderbeg’ square, not only due to the financial value but also for the number of inhabitants benefiting from this process.

“This is the nicest gift that Tirana City Hall may give to these people at the New Year’s Eve. Since today we say farewell to the mud while welcoming the civilization, the greenness, the new lighting and sewers system,” said Veliaj.

He emphasized that this investment is the most tangible proof of City Hall’s commitment to consider the citizens as equal, even if they live in suburban areas.
