No prison for minors. This was the declaration of the Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani on Wednesday, in a meeting held for the defence of minors.

"We should not send minors to jail, because they learn nothing there, but just the way of crime. We undertook another mission together with Ilir Qafa, the Head of Probation. Jail is not for them," added Manjani. He said that in the Penal Code exists an Article, which is  Art.46, which is not used for infrastructure issues. Manjani promised that soon the minors will be transferred to educational institutions. We will offer them a profession, school and a real life," underlined Manjani.
