State Police should avoid any kind of provocation during the opposition�s peaceful protest on January 27. The Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) chairwoman Monika Kryemadhi extended this appeal to the police on Tuesday while denying the existence of a plan for violent actions during this protest.

�The opposition�s protest will be more than peaceful. There exists absolutely no scenario for acts of violence during this protest. Every Albanian citizen who feels deeply disappointed by the country�s political situation is invited to join this protest peacefully raising the voice against the corrupted government. On the other side the State Police should avoid any kind of provocation toward the participants in this protest,� declared Kryemadhi.
